Bench Sales Associate Resume Marketing

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for proactive and target-oriented Bench Sales Associates – Resume Marketing to support our US IT staffing operations from our Guntur office.

The primary responsibility is to search for relevant US IT C2C contract opportunities and submit consultant profiles across job boards, staffing platforms, and recruiter/vendor channels.

This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for freshers and recent graduates interested in starting a career in US IT Staffing and Bench Sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Search for new US IT C2C contract opportunities daily across multiple job boards and recruitment platforms.
• Identify requirements matching consultants technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and rate expectations.
• Apply and submit consultant profiles to relevant C2C opportunities.
• Use appropriate job titles, keywords, technology combinations, filters, and Boolean search strings to identify suitable requirements.
• Prioritize freshly posted and immediate requirements to improve submission and response rates.
• Monitor job boards, recruiter emails, vendor portals, and other sourcing channels throughout the shift.
• Maintain accurate records of applications, submissions, recruiter/vendor contacts, responses, and status updates.
• Share recruiter responses and qualified requirements with the Bench Sales team for further follow-up.
• Meet assigned daily application and submission targets while maintaining relevance and quality.

JOB BOARDS & PLATFORMS:

Candidates will work across platforms such as Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Glassdoor, SimplyHired, C2C job portals, staffing/vendor portals, recruiter emails, vendor distribution lists, and other US IT staffing channels.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Good computer, internet research, and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies and job roles is preferred; training will be provided.
• Ability to learn different IT skills, job titles, work authorization categories, and consultant profiles.
• Good attention to detail and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
• Must be able to work onsite from our Guntur office during the assigned shift.
