Beauty Therapist

Reaviva Holistic Health, a premium, science-led wellness centre in Santacruz West, Mumbai, is seeking a Beauty Therapist to deliver treatments on its treatment floor. The role holds responsibility for the quality and safety of every treatment performed, the readiness of the treatment room, and the standard of care each client receives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver the centre's face and body treatments to the prescribed protocol, including advanced facials, peels, body therapies and device led treatments, under the supervision of the medical team where required.

2. Conduct a consultation before each treatment, record the client's history and any contraindication, and refer to the Aesthetic Physician wherever the position is not clear.

3. Prepare and restore the treatment room, maintaining the required standards of hygiene, sterilisation, linen and equipment care.

4. Maintain an accurate record of every treatment, including products used, settings applied and the client's response.

5. Work to the appointment schedule so that the day runs to plan and no client is kept waiting.

6. Advise clients on home care and the recommended course of treatment through sound advice rather than persuasion.

7. Manage treatment floor consumables and report shortages in good time.

8. Uphold the confidentiality, discretion and presentation standards of a premium health and wellness environment.

Candidate Requirements

1. A diploma or certification in beauty therapy, cosmetology or aesthetics from a recognised institution. CIDESCO or ITEC is an advantage.

2. Two to five years of experience delivering face and body treatments in a premium salon, spa, aesthetic centre or wellness establishment.

3. Practical experience of facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and body therapies. Experience with light and laser based devices is an advantage.

4. A courteous, composed and attentive manner with clients.

5. Conversational English and fluency in Hindi. Marathi is an advantage.

6. A disciplined approach to hygiene, equipment handling and record keeping.

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
