Beauty Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide personalized beauty advice to customers, recommending products based on their skin type, hair type, and preferences.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of product features, ingredients, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
• Build strong relationships with regular clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up interactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain store appearance.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in retail sales or related field (beauty industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of counter sales, fragrances, jewelry, luxury sales, perfumes, retail sales, showroom sales, skin care.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
