Beauty Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, recommending products based on their skin type, hair type, and personal preferences.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of product lines, including ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service skills and build loyalty through repeat business.
• Meet sales targets by upselling and cross-selling relevant products during consultations.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in retail sales or related field (beauty industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of cosmetics, counter sales, fashion trends, fragrances, luxury sales, perfumes, showroom sales.
• Excellent communication skills for effective consultation with customers.
