Beauty Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, recommending products based on their skin type, hair type, and personal preferences.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of product lines, including ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions.
• Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating product features and benefits to customers.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, counter sales, luxury sales, fashion apparel, perfumes & cosmetics industry.
• Strong understanding of skincare routines and basic anatomy related to facial treatments.
• Excellent communication skills for building rapport with diverse clientele.
