Beauty Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, recommending products based on their skin type, hair type, and personal preferences.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of product lines, including ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions.
• Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs and provide guidance on proper application techniques.
• Process transactions accurately at the point-of-sale using retail software systems.

Job Requirements :

• 0-15 years of experience in beauty, apparel, retail industry or related field (e.g., counter sales, fashion retail).
• Strong understanding of cosmetics, skincare routines, perfumes, luxury sales principles.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
