Beauty Consultant

The Beauty Consultant will be responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized customer experience while promoting Forest Essentials luxury Ayurvedic beauty and wellness products. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing expert product recommendations, demonstrating products, driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring the highest standards of service and brand experience.

1. Provide personalized beauty and skincare consultations to customers. 2. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. 3. Demonstrate products and explain their benefits and usage. 4. Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets. 5. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases. 6. Maintain high standards of customer service and brand experience. 7. Ensure proper product display and maintain store presentation.

1. 1-4 years of experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, or luxury retail. 2. Experience as a Beauty Consultant, Beauty Advisor, Sales Consultant, or similar customer-facing role. 3. Prior experience in luxury beauty or premium skincare brands will be preferred. 4. Strong experience in customer consultation, product recommendations, and achieving sales targets.
