Role Overview

As a BPC Floor Crew Member, you will represent the Beauty & Personal Care category on the shop floor. The role involves guiding customers, showcasing products with expertise, driving trials and conversions, and ensuring a seamless, elevated shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience & Sales

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with queries across skincare, haircare, personal care, fragrances, and wellness products.
• Conduct product trials, demonstrations, and consultations to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and routines confidently.
• Support daily and weekly sales targets and collaborate with the team to achieve store goals.

2. Product Knowledge & Trials

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product ingredients, benefits, usage, precautions, and differentiators.
• Participate in brand training and assessments to stay updated on product innovations.
• Conduct high-quality trials, including skincare preparation, shade matching, and makeup demonstrations, to improve conversion metrics.

3. Floor Excellence

• Maintain merchandising standards according to Broadway and brand visual merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure testers, trial stations, gondolas, and fixtures are clean, replenished, and presentable.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the backend team for stock refills.

4. Operations & Compliance

• Follow all standard operating procedures related to time and attendance, grooming, hygiene, safety, and store protocols.
• Accurately bill customers and support smooth checkout experiences.
• Ensure strict compliance with Broadway's POSH guidelines and workplace policies.

5. Performance & Culture

• Uphold Broadway's People-First culture by demonstrating curiosity, humility, candor, and agility.
• Actively participate in feedback sessions, competitions, learning modules, and cultural activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a vibrant, energetic store environment.

Key Requirements

• 03 years of experience in retail, beauty, personal care, or customer-facing roles; freshers are welcome.
• Strong communication skills, confidence, and a friendly, customer-first approach.
• Passion for beauty and wellness, with comfort in conducting product trials and hands-on demonstrations.
• Ability to work rotational shifts and weekends according to the store roster.
• High ownership, reliability, and willingness to grow in a fast-paced retail environment.
