Beauty Advisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide personalized beauty advice to customers, recommending products based on their skin type, hair type, and personal preferences.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of product features, ingredients, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to increase sales revenue through effective communication skills.
• Ensure excellent customer service by being friendly, approachable, and attentive to customer needs.

Job Requirements :

• Female candidates only with 1-10 years of experience in retail sales or related field (beauty & personal care).
• Strong understanding of cosmetics, skincare routines, perfumes, fragrances, watches, jewelry, clothing/apparel industry trends.
• Excellent showroom sales/counter sales skills with ability to work under pressure.
