Beauty Advisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide expert advice on luxury beauty products to customers, ensuring they find the perfect match for their needs.
• Manage counter sales by maintaining a high level of product knowledge, handling customer queries, and making recommendations.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through personalized service, building trust and loyalty over time.
• Maintain store appearance standards, including visual merchandising and inventory management.

Job Requirements :

• 1-15 years of experience in retail sales or related field (apparel, fashion, fragrance, jewelry).
• Strong understanding of luxury brands and trends in the beauty industry.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and relationship-building.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
