- Experience in industrial furnace design, thermal systems, or heat treatment.
- Proficiency in simulation tools (ANSYS, COMSOL) for thermal analysis.
- Hands-on experience with fabrication, sheet metal design, and structural analysis.
- Knowledge of industry standards (ASTM, AMS, NADCAP) for heat treatment processes.
- Design and develop industrial furnaces and heat treatment equipment.
- Work on thermal system design, including insulation, heat distribution, and airflow.
- Assist in product development, prototyping, and testing.
- Perform mechanical calculations related to furnace structures and heat transfer.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams for fabrication and assembly.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
