Role Summary

PPLSync is an AI powered HRMS and Workforce Automation platform that helps organizations to streamline their HR, Payroll, attendance, recruitment, and employee management processes.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager, who can drive enterprise sales by acquiring new clients, conduct product demos, manage negotiations, and close the SaaS deal.

Required Experience:

• 3-5 years in B2B / Enterprise sales
• Preferred: If you have any prior experience with SaaS, HRMS, CRM, Payroll or IT services
