Business Development Manager (BDM) & sales Responsibilities | Domestic Transport Sales & Vehicle Placement | Pan India
- FCL Full Container Load
- ODC Over Dimensional Cargo)
Generate new B2B clients and bring regular transportation business for FCL, ODC, Domestic Road Transport and Vehicle Hiring/Placement.
- Generate leads and identify new corporate/industrial clients.
- Visit clients, conduct meetings and understand their transport requirements.
- Understand pickup, destination, vehicle type, cargo and movement requirements.
- Prepare and send quotations, negotiate rates and convince clients to close the business.
- Obtain confirmed transport requirements/orders from clients.
- Hand over confirmed requirements to Operations for vehicle placement and execution.
- Coordinate with Operations on vehicle availability and movement status.
- Maintain client relationships and generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales/revenue targets.

Operations
Operations will handle vehicle placement, driver/vehicle-owner coordination, loading, movement, tracking, delivery, documentation and POD/trip closure.

Experience: 15+ Years
Salary: 5 LPA to 12 LPA (Incitive & Performance Bonus)
