BDM – C&I Solar + BESS (Hybrid Project)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in the solar industry, focusing on commercial projects.
• Manage client relationships, identifying new opportunities and developing proposals to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for clients, including battery energy storage systems (BESS) and renewable energy projects.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong understanding of control & instrumentation, solar PV, solar power, and BESS technologies.
• Proven track record of successful client engagement and relationship management.
