*Job Description – Business Development Manager (DST)*

*Company: Maxemo Capital (NBFC)*

Location: Noida (Office visit once a week)

*Role Type: Individual Contributor (DST)*

CTC - Upto 6.5 LPA

*Key Responsibilities*

* Source and acquire new business through the Direct Sales Team (DST) channel.

* Generate high-value business opportunities with a ticket size of ₹40 Lakhs and above.

* Promote and sell the following financial products:

Unsecured Business Loans

Supply Chain Finance

Working Capital Finance

SID (Sales Invoice Discounting)

PID (Purchase Invoice Discounting)

Invoice Discounting

* Build and maintain relationships with MSMEs, corporates, channel partners, and business owners.

* Identify customer funding requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.

* Coordinate with internal Credit, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.

* Achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets.

* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular MIS updates.

*Key Requirements*

* 4+ years of experience in DST sales within an NBFC, Bank, or Fintech.

* Hands-on experience in sourcing large-ticket business loans (₹40 Lakhs+).

* Strong understanding of Unsecured Business Loans, Working Capital, Supply Chain Finance, SID, PID, and Invoice Discounting.
