Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented BDM/BDE with strong experience in the Professional Salon Division to drive sales, develop the assigned territory, and build strong distributor and salon networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business and expand the assigned territory.
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and salon partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Drive Primary Secondary Sales and ensure regular product movement.
- Conduct market visits, generate leads, and convert them into business.
- Conduct product demonstrations, salon demos, workshops, and training sessions.
- Build strong relationships with salon owners, professionals, distributors, and dealers.
- Monitor distributor stock, secondary sales, market coverage, and product availability.
- Track competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure proper product penetration and growth across the assigned territory.
- Submit regular sales, market visit, and activity reports.
- Take ownership of target achievement and territory growth.
Preferred Profile
- 25 years of experience in the Professional Salon / Hair Care Industry.
- Strong distributor and salon network.
- Good communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Target-oriented with strong market knowledge and willingness to travel.
