BDE - Lead Genearation Specialist (IT Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients through online tools, databases, and social media platforms.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and prospect data using CRM software.
• Initiate contact with prospects via email, LinkedIn, or cold calling under guidance.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and forward them to the sales team.
• Support senior executives in managing lead generation campaigns.
• Track and report lead generation activities and results on a regular basis.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and follow-ups.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or pursuing final year).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and online research methods.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales/business development role.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
