Role Overview: Reqroots Private Limited is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive client acquisition in the recruitment domain. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and closing recruitment deals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients across IT and Non-IT sectors.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, Naukri, email campaigns, and networking.
- Connect with HR Managers and decision-makers to understand hiring needs.
- Present and pitch recruitment and staffing services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close service agreements.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for timely delivery of requirements.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment client acquisition or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation and deal closure.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
