BDE (bidder)

We are looking for a talented and proactive Online Bidder / Upwork Freelancer to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, bid, and win high-quality projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other bidding portals.

Responsibilities

• Search, identify, and bid on relevant projects across Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other platforms.
• Write compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Communicate with clients to understand project scope and convert leads into closed deals.
• Collaborate with the technical team to prepare accurate project scopes, timelines, and estimates.
• Maintain a strong pipeline by following up on leads and boosting conversion rates.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and project acquisition.
  
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as an online bidder or business development executive.
• Strong understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile apps (Flutter/React Native), UI/UX, SaaS, e-commerce, and custom software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write clear, convincing, and personalized proposals.
• Understanding of project budgeting, timelines, and client handling.
