About this role
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate leads and develop new business for Electrical Safety Verification (safety audit, inspection and testing) in hospitals, industrial plants and upcoming projects.
- Promote and sell Medical IT System panels to hospitals, healthcare groups and project teams.
- Meet and build relationships with hospital corporate teams, project teams, maintenance and biomedical heads.
- Engage hospital consultants, architects and MEP consultants to get CAPE specified at the design stage.
- Conduct site visits, collect technical requirements and pass clear inputs to the internal technical team.
- Coordinate with the technical team for quotations, technical submittals and proposals.
- Follow up offers, negotiate, close orders and support payment collection.
- Track tenders and enquiries relevant to the vertical.
- Maintain daily visit reports and pipeline updates in Salesforce CRM.
- Coordinate with execution/service teams for order handover and customer satisfaction.
- Report market intelligence competitor activity, pricing and upcoming projects.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 – 4 years of field sales experience in Electrical Project Sales / bio-medical equipment Sales / Sales of Service Oriented (Like Contractors / Safety Related Services)
- Added advantage if worked with hospital consultants, hospital project teams and hospital corporate teams.
- Track record of independently handling the sales cycle from lead to order closure.
- Experience in electrical products or safety services – added advantage.
QUALIFICATION
- Essential: Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Science graduate with relevant field sales experience.
- Preferred: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, EEE or Bio-Medical Engineering.
- Electrical Engineering background is an added advantage.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Willing for 100% field work and daily travel in Within the assigned State / Territory.
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence.
- Good communication in English and local language.
- Self-driven, able to plan own schedule and work without close supervision.
