Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with extensive experience in channel partnerships within the e-commerce domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and scaling global partnerships to drive business growth and expand market reach. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of executing complex partnership initiatives across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic channel partnerships across global markets.
• Drive partnership strategies to increase revenue, market share, and brand presence.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and agreements with partners.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and product) to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics of partnerships and implement improvement strategies.
• Stay updated with e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in global markets.
• Represent the organization at international events, conferences, and partner meetings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5–6+ years of experience in business development, channel partnerships, or strategic alliances in the e-commerce sector.
• Proven experience managing partnerships on a global scale.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives across multiple markets.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
