JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: BD KAM - General Machinery Agriculture
Reports To: Key Account Manager Direct Sales
Role Type: Individual Contribution
Location: Gurgaon
Job Responsibilities
Build Key Account strategy ( including forecast/plans) aligned to SKFs strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets
Drive SKF key account management process/tools to achieve annual growth margin targets
Identify and acquire new industrial accounts while expanding SKFs share of wallet within existing accounts.
Acquire holistic understanding of key customers needs and map customer organization at all levels to get desired insights.
Identify right opportunities with the customer account to develop and deliver value-based offers for a win-win outcome.
Promote Value-Based Selling by demonstrating total cost of ownership (TCO) savings, asset reliability, and energy efficiency to technical and commercial decision-makers.
Conduct joint plant audits, equipment reliability assessments, and technical presentations alongside SKF Application Engineers to pitch customized solutions.
Ensure seamless connect between Tier1s and original equipment manufacturers.
