We at IRQS hiring for testing services,

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation: Visit prospective clients, manufacturing units, fabrication yards, and project sites across Karnataka to generate leads for laboratory testing services.
2. Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients for GML's testing services and expand the customer base.
3. Techno-Commercial Proposals: Coordinate the preparation and submission of techno-commercial proposals and obtain the necessary internal approvals.
4. Government Liaising: Liaise with government authorities and departments for the empanelment and approval of GML Laboratory.
5. Vendor Registration: Manage and coordinate vendor registration processes with private-sector clients.
6. Client Engagement & Follow-ups: Present GML's testing services to prospective clients, understand their requirements, identify business opportunities, and ensure timely follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders.
7. Sample Coordination: Coordinate between clients and the internal Material Receipt Department to ensure the timely receipt of samples for testing.
8. Revenue Target Achievement: Achieve annual revenue targets as defined by management.
9. Market Research & Expansion: Conduct market research to identify suitable locations for establishing material collection centres in Bengaluru and other industrial clusters across Karnataka.
10. Pan-India Business Development: Undertake sales and marketing activities across India to identify and develop business opportunities in Failure Analysis and other testing services.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma/B.E./BBA/MBA

Experience:

3-5 years in sales/marketing/BD/material testing/Engineering field.
