Responsibilities : Act as a trusted advisor bridging clinical expertise with strategic business objectives for health systems payers and provider organizations Advise clients on healthcare IT EHR systems Epic Cerner or equivalent and interoperability standards Partner with solution architects to align platform capabilities with clinical workflows and operational priorities Conduct gap analysis and develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps for health systems payers and providers Facilitate executive stakeholder workshops and seniorlevel presentations to align on strategy and outcomes Ensure full regulatory compliance across HIPAA HL7 and FHIR standards throughout engagement delivery Maintain working knowledge of ICD10 CPT coding and evolving interoperability and dataprivacy requirements Educate client and internal teams on compliance implications of proposed digital health solutions Mentor junior consultants and actively support healthcare practice development initiatives Identify emerging opportunities in valuebased care population health and digital health innovation Contribute to knowledge artefacts points of view and capability building for the healthcare practice 9.
