We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Marketing professional to join our growing waste management company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and fostering strong client relationships to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the waste management industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify and secure new clients and projects within the waste management sector.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential new service offerings or market segments.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored waste management solutions.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate our value proposition and secure new contracts.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Design, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, PR) to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our services and expand our professional network.
