ServiceNow Developer supporting IRM/GRC implementations for clients Legato Healthcare and MetLife. I configure and customize Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Controls, and Audit Management modules, building Risk Registers, Risk Assessments, and Risk Response Plans end-to-end. I develop Catalog Items, Record Producers, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes to support GRC processes, and design table-, record-, and field-level ACLs including scripted ACLs in JavaScript to enforce role-based data security. I build Flow Designer workflows for risk approvals, policy reviews, and automated notifications, and integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via REST Messages, Scripted REST APIs, and OAuth 2.0 using IntegrationHub. I also customize Workspaces and Forms using UI Builder and work closely with Discovery and Service Mapping teams to improve CMDB data quality. Role & responsibilities
