Job Summary
GDS Consulting Business Analyst/P&U-OT/Control Systems (ADMS, OMS, DERMS, AMI, SCADA) SMR Manager
Requirements - 9-13 years of experience in Power & Utilities consulting, advisory, or industry roles.
- Proven experience leading engagements across grid modernization, smart metering, customer transformation, retail strategy, and operating model redesign.
- Strong expertise in energy transition and emerging energy solutions, including renewables, hydrogen, nuclear, BESS, flexibility services, and e-mobility.
- Demonstrated experience leading business analysis, market assessments, vendor evaluations, operating model assessments, and transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting proposals, pursuits, account planning, and business development activities
- Strong client-facing consulting experience with the ability to manage senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and provide strategic advisory support.
- Experience contributing to account growth through thought leadership, solution development, and identification of follow-on opportunities.
- Experience working with international utility clients, preferably US/UK
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
