Base 24 EPS Developer

Job Description:

• Design, develop, customize, and support BASE24 EPS applications.
• Work on ATM, POS, Debit Card, Credit Card, and EFT transaction processing systems.
• Analyze business requirements and implement payment solutions in BASE24 EPS.
• Perform application enhancements, defect fixes, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot transaction failures, switch connectivity issues, and authorization problems.
• Support interfaces with card networks
• Participate in migration, upgrade, and implementation projects.
• Conduct impact analysis, unit testing, SIT, and UAT support.
• Monitor payment systems and ensure SLA adherence.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in BASE24 EPS.
• Knowledge of Electronic Payments, Switching, ATM/POS Transaction Processing.
• Experience with:
• HP NonStop (Tandem) systems
• TAL / COBOL85
• TACL
• Pathway
• Enscribe databases
• SQL/MP
• Understanding of ISO 8583 messaging.
• Knowledge of card management and authorization systems.
• Experience in production support and incident management.

Qualifications:

• A bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple audiences, including firm-wide business units, senior leaders, associates and clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
• Strong planning and organizational skills
