Bartender

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare classic, signature, and innovative cocktails, mocktails, and beverages.
• Maintain excellent beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Handle bar mise-en-place, equipment, glassware, and hygiene standards.
• Manage beverage inventory, portion control, wastage, and cost control.
• Recommend beverages and provide knowledgeable guest service.
• Train and guide junior bar staff.
• Support events, banquets, and special beverage requirements.
• Follow hotel SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and responsible service standards.

Preferred candidate profile

10 years of hands-on experience as a Mixologist/Bartender in a reputed hotel, premium restaurant, lounge, bar, or luxury hospitality establishment.

• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, mocktails, wine, liqueurs, bitters, and beverage ingredients.
• Proven experience in signature cocktails and innovative beverages.
• Strong knowledge of modern mixology techniques and cocktail presentation.
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
• Creative, confident, well-groomed, and passionate about beverages.
• Strong understanding of bar inventory and beverage cost control.
• Ability to lead and train junior bar staff.
• Luxury hotel, premium bar, or pre-opening experience will be an advantage.
