Barista

We are looking for a skilled Barista to join our team in North Goa. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and excellent skills in coffee preparation, bartending, and cashier activities.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare high-quality coffee drinks and beverages efficiently.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of coffee products and ingredients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote coffee products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Barista or in a related field with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods, ingredients, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
