Barista

We are looking for a skilled Barista to join our team in Goa. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and possess skills in bartending, beverage preparation, coffee making, and customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare high-quality beverages such as coffee, tea, and mocktails.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on new products and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements :

• Proven experience in bartending, beverage preparation, or coffee making is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of coffee and tea preparation methods, ingredients, and equipment is necessary.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred.
• A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences are highly valued.
