Job Summary:
As a Barista , you will prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light snacks while ensuring an excellent guest experience in a friendly and welcoming environment.
As a Barista , you will prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light snacks while ensuring an excellent guest experience in a friendly and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare espresso-based and brewed coffee drinks.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and blenders.
- Greet guests, take orders, and ensure prompt service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar.
- Ensure stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and consumables.
- Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
- Engage with guests and upsell beverages and snacks.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of coffee brewing and latte art (preferred).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification/Diploma in Barista training or hospitality.
- 13 years of experience as a Barista in cafs, hotels, or restaurants.
- Freshers with Barista training will also be considered.
