URGENT HIRING BARISTA | SAUDI ARABIA

A reputed Caf / Hospitality Company in Saudi Arabia is looking for experienced and skilled Baristas to join their team.

Salary: SAR 2,000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare espresso, coffee, tea and hot & cold beverages according to standard recipes
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders and other caf equipment
• Prepare specialty coffee and maintain consistent beverage quality
• Perform milk steaming, frothing and basic latte art
• Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service
• Operate POS/cashier systems when required
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment
• Monitor coffee beans, milk, syrups and other stock
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Follow food safety, hygiene and company standards
• Handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
• Work effectively with other caf and service staff

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant Barista / Caf experience preferred
• Good knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee-making techniques
• Experience with professional coffee machines and grinders
• Knowledge of hot & cold beverages
• Latte art experience will be an advantage
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Basic English communication required
• Neat grooming and professional appearance
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
• Team player with a positive attitude
