Swagatham Global Connect is hiring experienced Baristas for a reputed restaurant in Mal / Hulhumal, Maldives. This is an excellent overseas opportunity for candidates with experience in coffee preparation and bubble milk tea.

Salary & Benefits

* Salary: USD 350 per month

* Food Allowance: USD 100 per month (Paid in MVR)

* Service Charge: MVR 4,000–5,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

* Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages.

* Prepare bubble milk tea, fruit teas, and other specialty beverages.

* Operate espresso machines, grinders, and beverage preparation equipment.

* Maintain beverage quality and consistency according to restaurant standards.

* Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the caf and work area.

* Provide excellent customer service and handle customer orders professionally.

* Monitor stock levels of coffee, tea, syrups, and other ingredients.

Eligibility Criteria

* Male candidates only.

* Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Barista or Bubble Tea Maker.

* Hands-on experience in bubble milk tea preparation is mandatory.

* Good English communication skills are required.

* Candidates must submit a work video for skill verification.

* Passport-ready candidates preferred for immediate processing.
