Barista (Immediate Joiner)

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per quality standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and create a welcoming caf experience.
• Take customer orders accurately and handle billing transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the caf, including equipment and workstations.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements.
• Follow food safety, health, and hygiene guidelines.
• Support daily caf operations and assist team members as required.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate or Hotel Management qualification preferred.
• Freshers with relevant hospitality or caf experience can also apply.
