Banquet Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
• Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and prospecting.
• Coordinate with hotel staff to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive hospitality industry.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in banquet sales or related field (catering sales, guest relations).
• Strong knowledge of hospitality sales principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for building strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
