• Strong experience in banqueting and catering operations.
• Prior experience as an Operations Manager or Banquet Manager in a 5-star hotel or reputed catering company.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale events, banquets, and catering operations.
• Strong team management, client servicing, and operational coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain high service standards and drive operational excellence.
• Candidates must have experience in the hotel industry only.
