As an Outbound sales Customer Care Executives, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via Outbound calls and handle customer query. Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues and sales.
• Providing product/service information to customers
• Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass qualification
• Skill Proficiency in Hindi/English language
• Fresher and experienced both can apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English, Hindi, Bengali.
• No leave requirement for upcoming 90 days
• Looking for Immediate joiners only
• Aadhaar should be linked with the candidates contact number

Shifts:

• Rotational shift, rotational WO.
• No night shift for female
• Any 9 hours during 7 AM to 8PM working window for female
• Any 9 hours for male
• 6 working days with 1 rotational week off
