Experience

• Sales Roles: 0–5 Years
• Gold Appraiser: 1–5 Years
• Branch Manager: 5–10 Years

Eligibility

• Any Graduate.
• Male candidate preferred
• Freshers can apply for Sales roles.
• Candidates with a career gap can also apply.
• Candidates from Banking, BFSI, NBFC, Financial Services, Housing Finance, Gold Loan, Insurance, or any sales background are preferred.
• Candidates with Field Sales or Inside Sales experience are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience in Home Loan (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Gold Loan (GL), Business Loan (BL), or Personal Loan (PL) will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new customers and achieve sales targets.
• Explain banking and loan products to customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Support customers throughout the loan process.
• For Branch Manager: Manage branch operations and lead the team.
• For Gold Appraiser: Evaluate and appraise gold ornaments as per company guidelines.
