We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Banking Loan Sales Executives with 3 to 10 years of experience in financial services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling home loans, personal loans, or other banking products and managing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell loan products such as home loans, personal loans, and LAP
- Generate leads through calls, references, and field activities
- Guide customers through the loan process and documentation
- Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for approvals
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
- Update and manage leads in CRM systems
Requirements
- 3 to 10 years of experience in banking / loan sales
- Experience in home loan or mortgage sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of loan processes and documentation
