Banking Product Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth through new business opportunities with banks and financial institutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform partnership development.
• Manage relationships with key decision-makers at banking partners to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze market data and industry insights to develop targeted sales pitches and presentations for potential clients.

Job Requirements :

• 2.9-7 years of experience in a similar role within the fintech or payments industry.
• Strong understanding of banking products such as credit cards, loans, deposits etc. .
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with key decision-makers at major corporates or financial institutions.
• Excellent requirement gathering skills with ability to understand complex technical requirements from both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
