Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day back-office banking operations and transaction-related activities.
• Process and verify customer and banking-related information with high accuracy.
• Maintain and update records and documentation as per process guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to banking procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Identify and resolve process-related discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity while meeting process targets.
• Follow organizational policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of banking/BFSI experience.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• CIBIL score of 670+ is mandatory.
• Candidates must be comfortable working from the Bangalore office.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
• Immediate joiners only.
• Candidates should be available to join by 31st August.
