What would you do
We help clients address quality and productivity issues, keep pace with customer expectations, navigate regulatory and operational pressures and ensure business sustainability by transforming their banking operations into an agile, resilient operating model.Commercial Banking Operations involve the day-to-day activities that support the functioning of a commercial bank. This includes processing transactions, managing accounts, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The goal is to provide efficient and reliable banking services to businesses. These operations are essential for maintaining smooth and secure financial transactions. They also help in building and maintaining customer relationships.Develop and deliver core banking solutions for the applications that process the essential functions of banks, including account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals processing, customer management and product management.

What are we looking for
Provide subject matter expertise support for understanding origination guidelines and utilizing the underlying financial statements to complete the origination processApplying relevant accounting standards for fair and rigorous credit assessmentUndertaking ad-hoc reporting / analysis requirementsAnalysis of financial statements including Income statement, Balance Sheet cash flow of public private companies for the credit appraisal processBe the SME and supervise a process which performs loan preparation setupEnsure that day-to-day tasks are completed on the agreed deadlines and quality per the SLA.Win the confidence of client through regular and proactive interactionExperience/exposure of US commercial bankingGood team player who is dynamic, result- oriented with strong work ethic


Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problemsYour day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisorsIn this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture managementYou will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignmentsThe decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of othersYou will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of workPlease note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
