Roles & Responsibilities

• Acquire new Savings Accounts (SA) and Current Accounts (CA) through field sales activities.
• Visit customers, local markets, shops, businesses, and corporate offices to generate leads.
• Identify potential customers and explain the bank's products and services.
• Achieve monthly CASA acquisition and business targets.
• Collect and verify customer documents and complete account opening formalities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Promote other banking products such as debit cards, insurance, loans, and digital banking services.
• Ensure compliance with KYC guidelines and bank policies.
• Maintain daily sales reports and follow up with prospective customers.
