Roles and Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for Savings Accounts and Current Accounts.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and market activities.
• Explain banking products, features, and benefits to prospective customers.
• Complete account opening formalities and ensure proper KYC documentation.
• Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the bank.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Promote digital banking services, debit cards, UPI, and other banking products.
• Follow the bank's policies, compliance requirements, and KYC guidelines.
• Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
• Identify business opportunities and expand the customer base.
