Banking Merchant Support US Voice Process

We are looking for professionals with experience in Banking / Payments / Merchant Operations to join our team.

Experience: 3 - 6 Years
Shift: US Shift ( Rotational Week offs )
Process: US Voice + Chat + Email + ServiceNow+ Merchant operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Tier 0/Tier 1 merchant and payment partner queries
• Investigate authorization and transaction-related issues
• Support settlement, reconciliation and financial control activities
• Handle secure file transfer access, password resets and user support
• Manage ServiceNow tickets and back-office processing
• Coordinate with internal authorization, settlement and merchant support teams
• Provide proactive support during outages, anomalies and maintenance events

Ideal Candidate:

Banking / Payments / Merchant Operations experience
Experience supporting US clients over voice
Knowledge of transaction processing, settlements and reconciliation
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with SOPs, runbooks and ticketing systems
