About this role
Process:- Customer Service (Inbound) Unity Small Finance
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Role: Voice Inbound / Email / Chat
Requirements: Minimum 12 Months of experience in customer service Banking/ BPO
Graduation is a must Versant 5 communication skills required
Salary: Up to 32K CTC
Shifts: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
Weekly off:- Sunday
Interview Process: 1. HR Round
2. Operations Round (Face-to-Face)
3. Aptitude Test
4. Client Interview (Face-to-Face) : Unity Small Finance Requirements:
