You will be instrumental in supporting our clients and internal teams by handling a variety of banking transactions, inquiries, and administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

• Provide responsive customer support for banking and financial services inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Process customer transactions, account inquiries, and service requests with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist customers with account opening, maintenance, and closure procedures
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
• Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures in all daily operations
