Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for the bank's products and services.
• Generate leads through references, customer interactions and assigned channels.
• Explain savings accounts, current accounts and other relevant banking products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned acquisition and business targets.
• Assist customers with account opening and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC requirements and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide quality customer service.

Preferred candidate profile

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate from a recognized university.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to work toward targets.
• Interest in banking, sales and customer acquisition.
• Freshers may apply, subject to the bank's selection criteria.
