    Designation: Banking Advisory Senior Analyst

    Qualifications: Any Graduation

    Years of Experience: 5 to 8 years

    What would you do
  1. Post journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statement, supporting month end closing, Fixed asset reconciliation, variance analysis, preparing reports and supports in audits.
  2. Handle Client calls / emails and prepare minutes of meeting.
  3. Prepare Quarterly / Monthly / Weekly Business Review Deck.
  4. Prepare documentation/ procedures such as SOPs, Process Maps and Taxonomy.
  5. Manage a team of 10-12 people or would be an individual contributor
  6. Manage queries and clarifications from the Client
  7. Analyze complex deals and provide guidance to team members
  8. Perform Quality Check and provide feedback to team members.
  9. Create client value and showcase savings.

    What are we looking for
  10. CRE (Commercial Real Estate) Accounting experience candidate
  11. Good to Have Tool Skills MRI / Yardi / JDE / Oracle / Smartsheet / Salesforce / Blackline
  12. Strong domain expertise
  13. Knowledge/experience in analyzing Lease Administration functions including interpretation of lease languages, CAM Reconciliations, CAM Audits, Tax Audits, etc. will be an added advantage.
  14. Excellent written and oral communication skills
  15. Should be able to prepare various reports and circulate to respective stakeholders.

  16. In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems
  17. Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture
  18. You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management
  19. You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments
  20. Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others
  21. In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
